Kiara Williams is a New Orleans native with a Georgian upbringing; she grew up with a strong sense of pride in her culture and family history, alongside a love for books.
Her infatuation began with biographies of historical legends and gradually became an appreciation for fiction and film.
After a brief discussion with her family, she realized they completely supported her in her journey to work in the film industry. From there, she took a film course at Clayton State called Film and Digital Media Center (FDMC) when she was eighteen and had been working in the film industry steadily since the age of nineteen with a total of over ten films under her belt in counting.
She is relatively analytical and prefers to work with as much organization as possible and clear communication; a clear plan is necessary to make a great film and have a great career. This has aided her well as a script supervisor. With dedication and many trials and errors, Kiara has been fortunate to have two mentors for her script supervising, one of which is Carlie Raymond of SWP Productions. She is currently studying other necessary skills to expand her film career.
